REFORMER 1-2
Our Reformer 1-2 is designed to challenge your strength, flexibility and control through a series of exercises that target the entire body. With limited class sizes, our instructors will provide individualized attention , ensuring proper form and technique. If you have a solid understanding or the fundamentals from Reformer 1 or have been practicing Pilates for years this class will be one you can continue your Pilates journey.

INTERMEDIATE REFORMER
Elevate your Pilates journey with our Intermediate Reformer class. Tailored for individuals with a strong Pilates foundation wanting to progress to advanced exercises. Class will move at a faster pace, flowing from one exercise to another. Progressing exercises to challenge your strength and control. Recommended to be injury free.

Reformer-mixed equipment class recommended if you are injury free. This class is designed using Pilates principles to progress to more advanced exercises. Class will move at a faster pace, flowing from one exercise to another. Mixed equipment and props are used in this class. You can expect to use much of the Pilates apparatus in this class.

Get your heart rate pumping and your body moving with our cardio reformer class. Designed to combine the benefits of Pilates with calorie burning cardio exercises using the jump board on the Reformer.. This class will elevate your heart rate, improve your cardiovascular fitness and enhance your overall strength and endurance.

SPRINGBOARD
Discover the versatility and benefits of Pilates with our Springboard class. This class is designed for all fitness levels. The springboard provides a dynamic and challenging workout. You will experience a wide range of exercises targeting different muscle groups, from core strengthening and upper body conditioning to lower body toning and flexibility. The springs will provide resistance, adding an element of challenge to your workout.

CHAIR/MIXED EQUIPMENT
This class will use the ComboChair to help you stretch and strengthen muscle groups not easily accessed by traditional equipment. This class is designed to progress Pilates exercises to more advanced as the client developes increased strength and stability.

TOWER
Tower class combines the benefits of mat work with the added challenge of the tower springs for a full-body workout. Similar to a reformer class, the Tower class engages all the major muscle groups, enhancing muscular endurance, spinal mobility, and flexibility. The springs provide resistance that intensifies the workout, while also allowing for an incredible stretch and improved balance. Expect to see familiar exercises , such as footwork, bridging, feet in straps, teaser and swan.

Power Plate/TRX

Strength & Recover
Strength & Recover is a 50-minute class designed to challenge your body and support recovery in one intentional session. The first half of class focuses on full-body strength using Pilates-based movement combined with weighted bars, hand and ankle weights, and a variety of props to build strength, stability, and muscular endurance.
The second half transitions into recovery on the Power Plate, using targeted vibration work to support muscle release, improve circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage, and enhance overall recovery.
This class is ideal for anyone looking to build strength while also giving their body the restoration it needs. You’ll leave feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.
